Made from Portuguese Cork harvested naturally every nine years without harming the cork oak tree.
Cork is a sustainable, eco material – heat resistant and easy to clean. Hypo-allergenic. Cork Oak Forests provide home and shelter to many endangered species of animals, birds and plants in Portugal. Cork continues to absorb CO2 even as a placemat – amazing.
