These crumbly Christmas tree biscuits warm the tongue with spicy cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger spices. We’ve added in a sprinkle of fair trade muscovado sugar from Mauritius to add a hint of rich, treacly flavour, and a dash of FairPalm – the world’s first sustainable Fairtrade marked palm oil from Ghana and Ecuador.
Baked in the shape of Christmas trees, they look superbly Christmassy when displayed on a plate. But be warned, they’re incredibly moreish.
